We will focus on the experiences of neurodivergent professionals within the legal field, exploring how law practices can better support and accommodate diverse cognitive styles. This program will cover the unique strengths neurodivergent lawyers bring to the profession, common challenges they face, and the steps firms can take to foster a more inclusive and supportive work environment. Topics will include workplace accommodations, reducing stigma, fostering innovation through diversity, and the role of leadership in promoting neurodiversity. Participants will gain practical strategies for creating a legal culture that values all minds.
